The client has the right to return the product within fourteen (14) days after the product been delivered to the client.

The client must inform HL Professional of its wish to return the product by sending an e-mail to info@noralina.com within the period mentioned above of fourteen (14) days after the product been delivered to the client. This e-mail should include the following information: order number, name, phone number, e-mail address, and delivery address. After receipt of this e-mail, HL Professional will provide a return authorization number (“RA Number”) to the client. After receipt of the RA number, the client will have an additional fourteen (14) days to return the product to HL Professional. The client must bear the costs of shipping the products to HL Professional.

Returned products must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original unopened packaging with its original packing slip. Returns attempted without satisfying all of the conditions, as mentioned above, will not be accepted.

The client is responsible for the chosen shipping method of the returns. The risk of the product will transfer to Nora Lina when Nora Lina has received the product. That means that HL Professional cannot be held responsible for any returns, which are (for example) lost or damaged in the mail when being returned. We, therefore, advise you to choose for registered shipment, request tracking information, and ensure the package containing the returned product(s). HL Professional does not make any exceptions to this policy.

After receiving and accepting the returned products, HL Professional will refund the total purchase price to the client within fourteen (14) days.

Products purchased on the online store cannot be returned to a HL Professional distributor nor to a salon that sells Nora Lina products.

If a product purchased on the online store is defective, the customer shall contact HL Professional online customer service by phone at +31 (0)36 84 14 417  or via e-mail at info@hl-professional.nl, within 14 days of receipt of product. To process its request, the customer shall provide a detailed description of the defect and a proof of purchase.
